Mind

There comes a time when the mind takes a higher plane of knowledge but can never prove how it got there.

Albert Einstein

—————–

concrete mind sits

made of lead

with ramparts

and moats

butterfly mind

flutters thither

seeing only forms

and fashions

revenge mind

sharp fish hook barbs

to pierce skin

never letting go

proctology mind

looks only inward

into the caverns

wherein the whole world revolves

ostrich mind

sees nothing

ever chewing sand

searching vainly for reasons

just like this mind says

just like this;

water is water

sand is sand

point before thought mind

a placid mirror

in which just like this

can be started

true clarity comes out

of point before

a fresh canvas

painting new worlds

each second

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
